Sept. 10, 2020 Update:
There is some confusion around the new eviction moratorium that went into effect on 9/4/20. Below is the information provided by the CDC. This includes the declaration that will prevent you from being evicted during this time. Please make sure that you read the declaration, sign and provide to your landlord. We are still working to find out how/when/if we can facilitate rental assistance.
Lutheran Social Services is committed to partnering with our funders, city/counties and you while helping you through this process. Please continue to check back here for updates.

Our properties serve individuals across the two states, including those living with a physical or cognitive disability. At available locations, our service coordination program provides connections to enhance and prolong the independence of our residents.
The service coordination program serves to promote and support self sufficiency and independence, through facilitation of a variety of supportive services within residential communities throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This is especially important for assuring that elderly residents and residents with disabilities are linked to specific supportive services that continue and enhance their ability to live independently.
