Pre-Marriage Workshops

You may be ready for the wedding, but are you prepared for marriage?

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) Pre-Marriage Workshops are designed to help you set the stage for a life-long, enriching marriage with the person you love. These interactive, fun workshops offer you an opportunity to get to know your future spouse better, identify potential challenges in your marriage, and problem-solve roadblocks to happiness.

In each workshop we explore:

• Expectations and roles in marriage
• Communication styles
• Negotiation and conflict management
• Finances and budgeting
• Love and intimacy
• Spirituality and faith in marriage
• Seasons of a marriage

LSS has pre-marriage workshops scheduled in communities throughout Wisconsin. Workshops run from 9am-4pm on Saturdays throughout the year. An extended lunch break is provided for you to enjoy the restaurant of your choice. Facilitators are licensed therapists or pastors with LSS.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than two weeks before your scheduled workshop, no refunds will be given. With a minimum of two weeks notice, you may transfer your registration and fee to another Pre-Marriage Workshop.
