Some people who use IRIS services or receive self-directed services through a managed care organization need help coordinating and managing their services. That's where our support brokers come in.
Support brokers work closely with you to identify your needs, assist in hiring those who will provide suppport to you and manage those relationships. It's their job to understand your personal goals and make sure you receive the supports you need to achieve them - your goals, your choices. Support brokers encourage family participation, relationship building and community involvement so the support you receive is appropriate, meaningful and positive.
