Meaningful Day Through Community Connections

Meaningful Days, Every Day

Meaningful Day Through Community Connections services offers people with disabilities the opportunity to fill their days with meaningful activities.

These programs for people with disabilities may include exploring employment opportunities, volunteering, attending community education classes or post-secondary education, or establishing community connections that may have been lost or that are new to your life. Meaning Day Experiences

Exploring activities

Our staff will also support you while we explore what a meaningful day means for you and search for ways to find meaningful activities that add interest and fulfillment in your daily routine. Meaningful day programs also include activities for disabled people that work to build relationships with social networks such as chess clubs, the Red Hat Society, scrapbooking clubs, etc.

Together, we’ll work to discover opportunities for you today and will continue to find connections in your community in the future to help you live a life full of meaningful experiences and relationships.

We provide these services throughout the community to involve you in your local community at days and times identified by you – that work for your individual life style and fit your needs.
