Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently IT Customer Support Specialist to join our Help Desk team. IT Customer Support Specialists provide tier 1 and tier 2 help desk support to internal customers throughout Wisconsin and Upper MI. The role will work with a team of 3 IT Customer Support Specialists as well as the Systems Analyst and System Administrator. The position is located in our corporate office in West Allis with hours primarily Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. All training will be done in person at our corporate headquarters. During the Covid 19 Pandemic, Help Desk staff are rotating days in the office and working from home. It is anticipated that the role will be primarily in office once the pandemic ends.

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a Program supervisor. WE ARE GROWING! Would you like to join our growing Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Waiver team in Ozaukee County? The CLTS Waiver is a federally funded Medicaid program serving the needs of children who have a developmental, physical, or a severe emotional disability. Children’s Long Term Support Workers (CLTS) are responsible for managing a caseload of children who are at risk of out of home placement. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, first shift, and requires flexibility to meet the needs of the client and family. The role requires regular contact and visits with the clients and their families, as well as administrative work.
The School Based Therapist performs clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. The School Based Therapist works closely with the client and family, if applicable, to develop an appropriate treatment plan designed to move the client toward the desired change. The School Based Therapist works collaboratively with school personnel and a peer supervision team, with oversight from the Clinical Supervisors, to monitor the course of treatment. This position will be a collaborative position with other community agencies.
