FCT is a home-based method of treatment that focuses on 4 phases; restructuring, value change, joining and assessing, and value change. Clinicians in the program see the entire family unit as defined by the family as the client and conduct several multi-hour sessions are conduct in the home weekly. This position will work as a FCT Therapist as well as a mentor providing therapeutic mentoring. This position performs work involving clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals and their family with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders within the evidenced-based model of FCT.

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a working Program Supervisor serving Brown County In Home Recovery Services Program and Family Preservation Services Program in Fond du Lac. These programs serve children, youth, adults and families experiencing mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. The role will serve approximately half time in a skill development and medication management role providing direct service to clients which could include some evening and weekend hours and half time in a supervisory capacity. This role will provide free clinical supervision towards in-training licensure if needed.
