This program provides temporary housing, training and supportive services to military veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in order to help them obtain permanent housing. The role will have oversite of the day to day responsibilities of the program following the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs Standard Operation Procedures and Resident Handbook to direct policies, procedures and guidelines. The Candidate must be skilled in handling multiple and/or competing priorities. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 1st shift, but may work occasional evening and weekend hours based on client and staff need.

Under direction, the Care Coordinator performs work involving the assessment, service planning, and implementation of core services and on-going case management for assigned individuals. Bilingual in a refugee language is required; Swahili or Rohingya preferred. The position will require some evening and weekend hours.
The School Based Therapist performs clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. The School Based Therapist works closely with the client and family, if applicable, to develop an appropriate treatment plan designed to move the client toward the desired change. The School Based Therapist works collaboratively with school personnel and a peer supervision team, with oversight from the Clinical Supervisors, to monitor the course of treatment. This position will be a collaborative position with other community agencies.
