Our case management services include connections to community resources that enhance the quality of life. This may include assistance in accessing: substance abuse resources housing resources, trauma services, individual skill development, relapse prevention, and more.
Case managers are licensed substance abuse counselors who help women gain a sustained and rewarding recovery and greater self-sufficiency.
Women’s Way is a comprehensive case management service. We utilize a trauma informed approach and wrap around philosophy serving women with substance abuse issues. Women’s Way provides services to women in Barron, Chippewa, Eau Claire and contracted CCS counties, with priority given to pregnant women. We help women and their families identify supports that become the tapestry for ongoing success in recovery.
Women, 18 years of age or older, with a substance abuse issue.
Residents of Eau Claire, Chippewa, or Barron County or contracted CCS
