Additional Services:
A Preventative Approach
Family Interactions can be used reactively following an out-of-home placement, or proactively to support families before a child is placed.
Through coaching, education, and structured support, we help families strengthen skills, improve safety, and reduce the need for out-of-home care.
Collaborative Case Management for Probation Services
CTC offers comprehensive case management for medium- to high-risk individuals on
probation. Our services include SUD assessments, individual case management, drug
testing, psychoeducational groups, and connection to community resources.
We work closely with LSS and community providers to ensure treatment meets each client’s
unique needs, helping them develop prosocial skills and build a path toward lasting
recovery.
COMPAS Assessments
For attorneys with clients in Eau Claire County, CTC provides COMPAS assessments to
evaluate client needs.
These assessments help determine the most appropriate diversion programs, ensuring that clients receive the right level of care and support.
Comprehensive Jail Services
CTC works within the Eau Claire County Jail to provide case management services,
offering programming and support that helps individuals transition back into the
community.
Our collaboration with the ECC Jail Re-entry team ensures continuity of
care, making it easier for clients to connect with the services they need upon release.
DAGP STAR Program
For individuals with multiple drug-related cases, the DAGP STAR program offers 12–18
months of structured support, including treatment assessments, step-down services,
case management, and peer support.
This program is designed to guide individuals toward recovery and reduce recidivism.
OWI Early Intervention Program
The OWI Early Intervention Program provides alternatives for individuals with nonfelony
OWI charges.
Successful completion of this 120-day program, which includes
random drug testing and SUD treatment, can reduce jail time, offering participants a
chance to regain stability and move forward.
Supporting Pretrial Monitoring
CTC partners with Eau Claire County to provide pretrial monitoring for individuals with
open cases. Participants are required to maintain regular contact through weekly or biweekly
check-ins.
Services include supervised random drug testing, support from our
Care Coordinator, and access to voluntary programs aimed at compliance with court
orders and connecting with vital community resources.
