LSS Event to Celebrate Expansion of Recovery Services in Chippewa Falls

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is proud to invite the community to a construction kickoff event on Monday, October 27, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the former Libertas Treatment Center in Chippewa Falls.
Guests will hear from local and state leaders, including Senator Jesse James, and have the opportunity to tour the facility, and view renderings of planned improvements.

In a recent interview with WEAU’s “Hello, Wisconsin,” COO Tara Treglowne and Manager of Donor Relations Paul Peterson shared their excitement about restoring vital services to the region.
“This open house marks an important milestone for us in our commitment to bringing this critical need of treatment back to the Chippewa Valley,” said Peterson.
“Our vision is to create healthy communities with people using their God-given gifts to serve,” said Treglowne.
LSS plans to open a 50-bed treatment center for men in 2026, bringing hope and healing back to the Chippewa Valley.
