Megan believes the counseling process is unique to each individual and constitutes a journey of self-exploration and self-awareness. It is her goal to help individuals build self-understanding and promote personal growth, allowing for all to reach their highest potential. Her own journey of self-discovery during times of great loss and challenges has provided her with a level empathy, passion and honor for helping others.
