Intensive case management service for children and families in multiple counties that utilizes wrap around community support.
Family Partnerships Initiative (FPI)
A 15-county collaborative partnership providing wraparound services to youth of all ages and their families. Referrals are made to the program through the county human services department. The program has a family-centered and community-based philosophy. The team approach provides the family with a partnership and the goal is to reunite or maintain the child within the community or the least restrictive setting using an individualized plan of care specific to the needs of the family.

Youth Enterprise for Success (YES)
A collaborative effort of multiple counties and Lutheran Social Services. The program is designed to address the needs of children and families. LSS builds a comprehensive strength-base approach focused on maintaining, or reuniting the child with the family in the community.
