Affinity House
18-bed residential treatment facility for women. The program length is generally 60-180 days, depending on client need. All residents must be adults, carry a diagnosis of an addiction, have a desire to live sober, and be employable or willing to volunteer.

Cephas House
Transitional living for men with addictions, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC). Located in a rural setting, Cephas House is a 12-bed, 90-day program. Clients are expected to work full time and to build a savings account to help them establish themselves after they complete the program. The assigned counselor and the client develop an individualized treatment plan to evaluate needs, set realistic goals, and set evaluation targets.

Exodus House
12-bed residential treatment facility serving men with addictions who are involved with the criminal justice system. The program emphasizes addictions treatment and recovery, as well as addressing criminal lifestyles and criminal thinking. All men must work full time and attend treatment programming in the facility.

Fahrman Center
The Fahrman Center is a 43 bed adult, co-ed residential treatment center that has been providing addiction treatment in west central Wisconsin for over 25 years. The Fahrman Cetner provides primary inpatient residential treatment as well as transitional residential treatment (halfway house).

Genesis House
10-bed transitional living facility for adult males recovering from addiction. Clients often have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness or co-existing addictive diseases that are treatable with non-addictive medication and/or therapy. Licensed addiction counselors provide therapy and guidance, and assist clients in developing an individualized treatment plan, which is closely monitored for progress. The average length of stay at Genesis House is 3 months, during which time clients are able to live in a safe and structured environment that supports their recovery efforts.

Nexus House
Contracted with Department of Corrections (DOC), Nexus provides a supportive and structured home-like living environment for men. The program length is generally 3-4 months. Our main goal at Nexus Program is to assist clients to build and maintain a positive support network, develop new thinking tactics, learn tools for relapse prevention, and develop management skills. All clients serve 16 hours of community service weekly until full-time employment is secured. In addition, all clients pay restitution and court obligations as part of the programming while residents of Nexus Program.

Wazee House
Contracted with the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections, Wazee specializes in the treatment of addiction and criminality. Wazee House is a 12-bed community-based residential facility (CBRF). LSS offers an employment program, which includes placement in one of several job sites, transportation to and from work on a daily basis, job coaching, and a monitored savings program to assure that residents are in a financial position to support themselves following discharge. The average length of stay is 4 months; Wazee House provides a 3/4 Way Apartment for participants from the local community who are doing well in their Wazee programming.
