"I have never been in counseling before. Never felt I needed to be. Had my lawyer not tell me to get into counseling, I would not have. However, I did/had to. Always thought "seeing a shrink"/counselor was for people who were suicidal, addicted to substance, etc., which wasn't me. I began my sessions with an open mind, since I had to go.
