LSS Refugee Resettlement Staff Awarded Community Partner of the Year

Congratulations to the LSS Refugee Resettlement team who were presented with the 2012 Community Partner of the Year award by the Wisconsin Seasonal Workforce Coalition. This award recognizes the incredible work done every day by the entire Refugee team, but also the value of their work in relationship to community partners. In addition, Anwar Sallumi received the Humanitarian award for his outstanding work in his role as the LSS Matching Grant Coordinator. The luncheon was designed to recognize and reward individuals that have successfully utilized the Coalition’s resources to secure seasonal or permanent employment.
