The LSS Birth to 3 program will host two fundraising events to benefit the program. The first is the Bravado Challenge, now in its 13th year, on Saturday, May 18; the second, is the first annual Birth to 3 Walk for a Brighter Future on Saturday, June 1.
Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is pleased to announce the launch of before and after school programing in collaboration with the Portage School District.
The LSS MindWorks program is pleased to offer an introductory class for free on Tuesday, April 30 from from 10:00am-12:00pm. The free introductory session will familiarize participants with the program. Family members are welcome to participate in this free introductory session as well.
As part of National Financial Literacy Month, LSS and the Superior Public Library Classroom are partnering to provide FREE community education on credit, credit reporting, and better budgeting.
On January 1, LSS assumed responsibility of two programs in downtown Waukesha.
January 2, 2013 -- President Putin did sign the bill to ban all adoptions from Russia to the United States. We are hopeful we may have some more information regarding the specifics of the bill by the end of next week.
